The Maylands Ratepayers and Residents Association (Incorporated) is there for all residents of Maylands in Perth, Western Australia and offers the following benefits:

• The opportunity to bring to any of our meetings an issue or concern for discussion relating to Maylands and possible support by the Association.

• We are fortunate to have the continued support of our Ward councillors Cr. Sonia Turkington and Cr. Sylvan Albert. The councillors attend our monthly meeting on a regular basis and can give members the opportunity for direct contact. They also provide an update on important City of Bayswater issues which are relevant to Maylands.

• Maylands MLA Lisa Baker also attends MRRA meetings regularly, keeping members up-to-date with the latest happenings and issues in her electorate, State Parliament and Western Australian politics more generally.
